The No19 cafe in Ascot Vale site, a short drive from Melbourne, was inspired by the Mediterranean and Greek delicatessen. Designed by Biasol architects studio, the new spot is yet another beautiful place to celebrate Australia’s coffee culture.
Natural light floods the sleek and elegant space, featuring a concrete counter, hand-painted tiles from Morocco and brass decor elements. Raw interior was softened with the addition of turquoise velvet seating and green plants, In the rear space, one can sit by the semi-open kitchen to take a look at chefs’ activity.
