Goodness Pop-Up Restaurant During NY Fashion Week

What is Goodness Pop-up ? It’s a four-day pop-up restaurant featuring a different chef each day – “It’s Health and good taste for all. Providing fresh, healthy and delicious food to a wide audience, while showcasing regionally sourced seasonal cuisine created by local culinary talents.” During the four days, from 11pm to 3pm, the pop-up will feature 4 top chefs, including Mario Batali of Babbo, Leo Forneas of Robert, Alain Allegretti of La Promenade des Anglais and Julian Medina of Toloache, serving up cuisines from Italian to Mexican to all the fashionistas of NYFW, (since it is strategically placed at 4 blocks of the Lincoln Center, at ROBERT restaurant).

The 28-year-old former runway model Elettra Wiedermann founded the project and has turned away from walking the Fashion Week circuit in favour of concentrating on the nourishment of its designers, models, buyers and glitterati.
