The woman of Francesco Scognamiglio for Spring 2013 will be ethereal and chic, moving her presence fully covered -or not- in white, black and shimmering transparencies. She wears golden pigeons on her and her figure is framed by iridescent ruffles. It’s the neo-romantism. Its soft side and its hard side. The daywear, where all is bright and pure, and the night where a keyhole appears so you can take one look at the glorious(-ly dressed) womankind. Scognamiglio created an excellently put-together collection where all was cohesively bonded: the maxi ruffled dresses with the hot sporty shorts, with the black transparent shirts, with the kissing birds as the last touch in this poetics body of work.
