57 Walker Street (by Broadway)
Open September 8, 2011 – September 21, 2011
via NY Mag
NY Mag’s The Cut reported that Nicola Formichetti is in fact launching his own line in correlation with the opening of his new pop-up shop, in Tribeca, and NYFW S/S 2012. The opening of the store will be Septmeber 8th, 2011. The shop will sell everything from his own jewelry line to tee shirts and hoodies to iPad and iPhone cases — all of which he promises will be affordable, as well as Mugler runway pieces which certainly won’t fit in the affordable category. Besides the psychedelic appearance of the shop, Formichetti has told The Cut that he wants his friend Rico to manage the shop. You may remember Rico from the last Mugler campaign (pictured below).

Are you serious? I'm usually a fan of the stuff you put up here, but just cause she's a friend of Trendland doesn't mean you have to be completely uncritical about this commercial. The objectification of the woman, and also the patronizing of the men, is so sad to me.. it's like a commercial from the 50's?? For Samsung to promote a Smart TV with such a medieval view on gender roles.. I guess the only smart thing about this really is the TV..8
A great work i loved the post.9
Hey there! I just tried out the new Kokorico, by Jean Paul Gautier and also made a review for it, here in Brazil. I really loved the Patchouli like scent.10
