Food Textures

beth-galton-Texture-series-1

In this beautiful food project, food stylist Charlotte Omnès and photographer Beth Galton explore various artists techniques and how they applied paint to their canvas by using food as their medium.

Approaching these items as texture, shape and form rather than something edible, changes the perspective of the viewer. They are no longer a food item with appetite appeal but rather a graphic compositions created by using food.
