To celebrate Midsummer, Swedish Cider Brand Rekorderlig partnered with Food by Color for the third edition of their event. The event combined two almost opposing concepts—the lush and wild spirit of midsummer with the minimal and meticulously manicured concept of Food by Color.

Michelin star chef Fredrik Berselius presented classic Swedish culinary creations that took guests on a chromatic journey from green to yellow to white to pink. The menu was a refreshing taste of Sweden and a perfect indication as to why Fredrik is currently one of the most sought after chefs. He is in fact one of the Swedish talents we have highlighted in “Beautifully Swedish,” a branded world on Trendland developed with Rekorderlig cider.

This dedicated platform takes readers through various sights and pleasures, as curated by contemporary creatives in spatial design, photography, interiors, industrial design, food and drink—all hailing from the Scandinavian country.
