The two started working together and quickly realized the great potential of their creative collaboration. During the shooting Berning and Di Battista noticed that they had entered a territory together which had already previously captured each of them individually.

Ignoring the computer’s possibilities for manipulation, they combined their fields of work, photography, and drawing, anachronistically in an analogue way.

Camera Work gallery will show a solo exhibition of the artists Tina Berning and Michelangelo Di Battista in Berlin ( September 4 – October 30, 2010) for the first time.
More than 30 works of “Face/project”, most of them unique pieces, will be on display in the exhibition. Within their collaboration, Tina and Michelangelo blur the boundaries between fashion photography, drawing, and painting. The two artists met for the first time on the occasion of a photo shoot for VOGUE ITALIA in the summer of 2007.

I like the new S/S 2012 collection. Appreciating this collection gives me a feeling as if going into a wild worl. The long flowing pastel skirts are very attracitive.2
I love the earrings!3
this is too cool! i would love a room full of these illustrations4
I tend to be less is more as well. The exception is when someone is a master of using colour and textures and this is a perfect example. Olio by Marilyn5

Indeed , these images are messing with my head . i cant figure out is it seduction or curiosity .8
Fusing glass is a whole lot of fun and having your own kiln rather than having to rent kiln time can make it much more enjoyable.9
Beautiful! Has inspired me to tackle a neon x pastel outfit....pared with the palest Irish skin? Now that's what one calls a challenge!10
très fort et très beau
