Karl Lagerfeld’s futuristic apartment is located in the Quai Voltaire in Paris. The Kaiser chose the vanguard of contemporary design, and reinvents the concept of the Parisian artist studio in the terms of the twenty-first century. Very design and chic, also I think it’s a little too ‘cold’ for my taste, what do you think?

Okay, we admit, we love IKEA!  We are pretty familiar with what they have in the United States market, and sometimes wonder what they carry in the homeland. 

The thing with some retreat spots is they seem to let their surroundings do the work. Throw out a few woven blankets, some herbal tea, and bongos, and any tranquil place is pretty reflection-ready.
