100 Chairs in 100 Days
After spending 2 years collecting discarded chairs from friends and the streets of London, designer Martino Gamper spent 100 days creating 100 new chair designs. “My intention is to investigate the potential for creating useful new designs by blending together stylistic or structural elements of existing chair types.”

BCXSY teamed up with Mr. Tanaka, master of Tategu (the traditional craft of Japanese wood joinery), to create these beautiful Modular Space Dividers. A lot of people have been asking me lately for ways to create separations inside their spaces without building walls and totally blocking visibility. This is definitely one good solution.

“Like the books are telling stories so would the tables if they could.” A book rack made of old tables, the concept of “Storyteller” by Isabel Quiroga. What a cool environmentally conscious project. Makes me think of “Homeless furniture” by Kenyon Yeh
