Designed by Italian architect, Fabio Fantolino, the gorgeous Turin restaurant, Dash Kitchen was envisioned as “the perfect encounter of industrial brutalist aesthetics and a refined reinterpretation of the ’70s.” Similar to its name, Dash Kitchen has a menu to consumed quickly! Its objective is to give a physical space to their two greatest passions: cooking and craft beers. A project in which traditional beer blends with the modern kitchen, a place in which to tell stories and curiosity, correct myths and prejudices, create product culture…With a gorgeous interior!
