POWERHOUSE SALMON & SLAW SALAD

This is my absolute favorite salad of the moment! It is packed with healthy raw carrot, spring onions, broccoli and cabbage, with delicious creamy avocado and luscious hot smoked salmon. The dressing really brings it all together with a hint of salty Tamari and a good hit of sesame – eating healthy never tasted so good.
