“Since my Multiple Exposure Portraits project got so popular, I decided to create a second one.” A refreshingly honest statement from self-taught Finland photographer Christoffer Relander. And one that’s well-timed, considering the first series was featured in L.A. Times, and a number of art publications.
Sub-titled We Are Nature, this second time around takes Christoffer’s original concept and brings it to the next, more intimate, level. The 14-piece volume focuses more on faces (with three triple-exposed hand shots), superimposing them on branches, leaves, and other natural goodness.
All images are done “in-camera” while shooting with a Nikon D700. After processing, the contrast and tones were adjusted.
