Chris Turner Still Lifes

Introduced to black and white printing techniques by his dad, an enthusiastic amateur, Chris Turner developed a strong passion for photography and soon began shooting and developing his own work. He tried to study photography at college but in the end he rather found a job as assistant in a studio. At that time everything was shot on 10×8 transparencies.

 

20 years and uncountable photography innovations after, Chris is still riding high and he is well known for is conceptual, highly crafted and technical still life compositions done largely in-camera.

 

He has gained international recognition for his work and a roster of clients that includes M&C Saatchi,Target, The Post Office, British Airways, Graff, Adidas, TFL Absolut, Harrods, Rolls Royce, Samsonite, Farrow & Ball, Gillette, Canon, Orofluido Vanity Fair, Financial Times, Schön Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, Wallpaper Magazine Tatler Magazine, Hunger Magazine, Vogue and Time Magazine
