The Aussie boys are back at it again— Chet Faker and Flume that is. Maybe not in quite the same capacity as their recent collaborative project but Flume’s re-work of “Gold” which comes off Chet’s recently released album Built On Glass provides us with a familiar feeling and nostalgia that is like clockwork whenever these two talented craftsmen get together.
Flume works his usual magic, cutting into the beat and injecting a new motion and nature but keeping the soulful roots of his good friend Chet’s voice in tact.
