“Meat-centric” celebrity chef Michael Symon released his latest cookbook today. Truly a meat lover’s handbook, “Michael Symon’s Carnivore” includes more than 100 essential recipes from all the meat groups. Each section of the book comes equipped with lessons on preferred cuts and preparation for that group of meats.
As the temperatures drop, and we get ready to cozy up for the winter, I really can not think of a better cookbook to add to my collection. It is the season of hearty meals and that almost always includes meat in my book.Available for purchase here

If we just trim down our portion sizes, we might discover that a small but intensely flavored dry-aged rib eye is better than a cheap and tasteless chop twice the size.
