Daniel Snaith’s group Caribou has a new album slated for release April 20th via Merge Records. “Odessa” is the first song off of the album and the only song being leaked pre-release. The track is an appealing combination of typical dance music elements merged with some sounds not so typical. I love a good banger as much as the next dj but a lot of this low key, rhythmic sound as of late…it’s exactly what I want to hear.
