Opulence: between the Porter, Carnival in Rio, adventures in Morocco and Tokyo, the future looks brighter than ever for the Jet Set. And for 2013? We’d love to stop by this bar in Moscow.
Starchitect of the Year: Zaha Hadid, whose notable work of the last 12 months includes a sprawling new complex in Beijing, designing Naomi Campbell’s future residence in Russia, and a Z-boat.
Converted spaces: Water towers, churches, and more turned into some of the coolest residences we saw in 2012.
Color crazy: some of our favorites came from Nick Frank, Steve Hutt, and Ward Roberts
