Japanese food artist is surreally inspired. Everything thats comes out of the concept kitchen of Ayako Suwa looks as if it was thought up by a mad scientist. Suwa started her company “Food Creation” in 2006 upon graduating from the Kanazawa College of Art. She is taking the culinary world by storm with her intimate gastro-events and installations. Her techniques are raw and insanely creative, based on the emotions and feelings of human beings. Ayako cleverly uses food to communicate with her audience stating, “the concept reaches your stomach.” If food is the way to your heart then Ayako Suwa’s “food Creation” will have you hooked!
