The Alexandre Vauthier girl has no qualms about baring it all. Vauthier, who has designed his namesake line since 2009, after stints at Mugler and Jean Paul Gaultier, also has no shortage of megawatt stars wearing his va-va-voom designs. With thigh high slits, plunging necklines, and loads of luxe materials, of course clients like Lady Gaga and Beyonce can’t resist. His latest Couture Fall 2012 collection offered a number of signature Vauthier pieces that we would love to see on the red carpet. Vauthier left little to the imagination this season, playing with high hemlines and low necklines, featuring neoprene peplum blazers, thigh skimming minis, and jumpers, in addition to all the sledgehammer dresses he sent down the catwalk. Working from a neutral palette of whites, tans, and golds, we saw gold chains, necklaces, and embellishments of all kinds to ensure this girl is as swagged out as possible. Pretty sable and goat furs are highlights as well, as was the final look, a playsuit dripping with Swarovski embellishments.
