“Inside all of us, is a wild thing.” In designer’s Adam Gefen’s case, inside all of us is a wild fashion monster. His collection “Monster Shells” was based on the idea of recreating ourselves though clothing. Multiple personality disorder here, needs no other cure except self-expression. Gefen decided to present his project through illustrations that could easily be embodied in a Gorillaz video -hint of the urbanism’s level. This menswear collection is really the epitome of urban: casual clothes that linger between industrial tones and very vivid ones. What makes the difference is the shape variation that resembles that of a shell, enhancing it topically through playful volume.
