Considering ABSOLUT has tapped iconic artists such as Jay-Z and Andy Warhol to deliver some of the more magical campaigns we’ve seen from the alcohol industry in the last 20+ years (did you collect their iconic magazine ads? I did.), it comes as no surprise that they are pushing the limits even more, and asking YOU to join them.
We recently covered the new initiative Transform Today and it’s first project, Absolut Open Canvas. It saw a block of N 6th Street in Williamsburg (Brooklyn) temporarily transform into an art installation, with NY-centric artists like KATSU and Justin Lowe & Jonah Freeman contributing to the neighborhood takeover.
Up next is Absolut Open Canvas: San Francisco, and Absolut wants you to get involved.
