HERBED CAULIFLOWER CRUSTS W/ WHIPPED GOAT CHEESE YOGHURT, PICKLED ONIONS & SPROUTS

Ingredients
1/2 cauliflower, head
1 egg
sea salt & pepper
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbs buckwheat flower
1/2 tbs psyllium husk powder, optional
1/4 cup oregano
1/8 cup sage
2 small red onions
1 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar, honey or other sweeter
100 gr soft goat cheese
250 gr greek yoghurt
200 gr sprouts, of any kind
arugula
