4FASHIONSHAKE Press Release:
Each time, the main core of 4Fashionshake is based on 4 people from the world of fashion – hence the number 4 marking the event. At the same time, a series of parallel events take place on the same day as part of an integrated arrangement.
Taking into consideration fashion’s particular market, this is the first attempt made to link fashion and the arts. Under these circumstances, our aim is that 4FASHIONSHAKE becomes an open platform for young creatives to explore new media and experiment on a different level of presenting their artistic work. Through an overall approach of fashion we look into various ways of connecting this cultural product with contemporary art.
Aiming to ‘shake up’ the whole city as well as appeal to a wider audience, 4FASHIONSHAKE lineup is now enriched with a series of parallel events taking place in various Athens spots, places already noted for hosting fashion and art events. This circle of events takes place under the umbrella name 4FASHIONSHAKE Days on the days leading up to the event’s climax on Wednesday 6th April at ‘Theatron’ offering a unique opportunity to various fields of art and contemporary culture to be part of 4FASHIONSHAKE III.
Next 4FASHIONSHAKE Event: Wednesday 6th April 2011, in ‘Theatron’ Cultural Centre ‘Hellenic World’, Piraeus 254, Taurus.

4Fashionshake is a project organized by Ozon magazine, held twice a year in April and November in Greece. It is an innovative fashion event aiming to shake up the outdated features of fashion events that currently dominate Greek fashion reality. We were introduced to this project by British artist Hormazd Narielwalla who is participating in their upcoming event – 6th of April, showcasing some new work featuring Diane Pernet.

beautiful work! posters for posterity!2
I like it. And it grabbed your attention esp. if you posted a comment below. whether you love it or hate I don't see anything where it promotes violence or degrading women.. what i see is government taking away the rights of a citizen n the rights away from people. Failure to follow instructions will land us in prison like the model. Now if steven photographed the same concept with average shmucks would we pay much attention to it? i dont think so. it'd be just another political journalistic photograph.3
i agree4
