Make a point to notice the three bags and one clutch. They are effortlessly cool and this will be the first time an accessories line will be included in the resort collection.

Since I can remember 3.1 Phillip Lim has been for that girl that is urban and fashion forward, yet still polished and feminine. This latest Resort 2012 Collection is what that girl is wearing to Sunday brunch and a film festival in the park. The colors move between extremes. They are either sun burnt with reds, oranges, and sandy mauves, giving a desert feel, or they recall an ocean breeze with watery light blues, cool grays, and crisp, clean whites. The silhouette and drape of the garments is also a balancing act. There are structured jackets, drawstring waists, and stiff lapels, but knit tops and cardigans along with rompers and harem pants are free flowing and loose. As with all resort collections, you walk away with the distinct impression that this is the runway collections of the past year but toned down, and with different fabrics. Not that it’s a problem since one of the best things about the 3.1 Phillip Lim brand is that there are designs for all facets of this edgy, yet refined woman’s life, and she needs clothes to wear while looking good getting coffee too.

Are you serious? I'm usually a fan of the stuff you put up here, but just cause she's a friend of Trendland doesn't mean you have to be completely uncritical about this commercial. The objectification of the woman, and also the patronizing of the men, is so sad to me.. it's like a commercial from the 50's?? For Samsung to promote a Smart TV with such a medieval view on gender roles.. I guess the only smart thing about this really is the TV..8
A great work i loved the post.9
Hey there! I just tried out the new Kokorico, by Jean Paul Gautier and also made a review for it, here in Brazil. I really loved the Patchouli like scent.10
