But as any great designer the inspiration is really in the subtleties. It is not about reproducing a visual that already exists, but rather using it as a starting point to discover a new direction. If Lim had not said that I don't think too many people would have picked up on his inspiration. But, having that in mind, we see the nuances in the cape-like jackets, graphic color blocking and fur applique, which feels almost like a superhero shield.As usual the collection had great lines and most importantly was wearable all around.
